One-on-One Training:

This is the ultimate experience in personal training: a comprehensive exercise and nutrition program designed exclusively for you by experts. No counting calories or reps, we do it all for you!
The foundation of One-on-One training is 60 minute sessions with a Strength Discovery-certified fitness professional that will help you learn the latest muscle building and fat burning techniques in a completely customized program. Every move is designed to fit your unique body style, fitness level and exercise preferences. The best part: your program changes with you as your fitness level increases, keeping you motivated and safe as you reach your personal goals.


Small Group Training:

It’s true there is strength in numbers, especially at Strength Discovery. With small groups of up to four, you get a built-in support network while maximizing your fitness dollar.
Our group training is an energetic, highly effective program that takes you and your group through various training workouts. From strengthening and toning to non-stop dynamic training, our fitness professionals make sure you have a fun and effective 60 minute workout whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced.
Even though there’s a four person limit on groups, your individual results are limitless.
